After countless visits to our doctors over a 5 month period and seeing another consultant privatly we were at a loss of where or who could tell us what was wrong with our baby daughter Georgie and by chance someone heard my mother talking about how unsettled our daughter had been and how upsetting and stressful we as new parents had found life so far,, this persons daughter had been to see Dr Hyer and recomedned we get an urgent appointment which I made straight away and we are so glad we did he was wonderful, it was such a relaxing consultation and he wanted to know not just about my daughter but how I was also and the advice he gave us which involved no medication seems to be working our daughter is happier and so are we, finally things seem to be getter better and we can enjpoy being parents, this man is a genious.

Fabulous service from accommodating my child for an urgent appointment to instant email replies and updates to discuss results. Dr. Hyer was understanding, comforting and very humble when dealing with myself and my son, who was worried about the procedure. Truly a dream pediatrician for any parent - it was a truly pleasurable experience in unfortunate circumstances.

Dr Hyer was very helpful in listening to the concerns we had about our daughters feeding patterns and signs of gastric pain when our GP simply dismissed these as the signs of infant colic or irritabillity. We were very happy with the diagnosis provided, the change of feed identified and the resulting improvement in feed patterns of our baby.

During our consultation with Dr Hyer, he engaged with my son, and explained and spoke directly to him, my son appreciated that, and felt reassured. In addition Dr Hyer helped myself and my wife by clearly explaining the processes and how we were progressing. He gave our concerns a serious and considered response . I really felt "no stone would be left unturned" so as to get to the bottom of my son's illness. Dr Hyer helped us move quickly through the diagnostics and get us involved with the care teams we needed. Myself and my wife really felt that after 6-8 months of ambivalence from our GP we had at last found someone who wanted to help, and did. My son is now on the road to recovery and feeling a lot better.

My wife and I took our 8 week old daughter to see him. He was great, really listened and let us share our concerns and got straight to the heart of the problem. Very knowledgeable and reassuring, and he has his own website to supplement the advice given in clinic. An excellent doctor whom we have no hesitation to recommend.
